These Terms of Service define the conditions under which Trigger Digital LLC provides digital marketing, advertising, and related growth services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Trigger Digital LLC provides professional services including SEO strategy, paid media management, conversion optimization, content support, and performance reporting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your service agreement or Statement of Work.

2. Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines depend on account access, approvals, and third-party platform responsiveness. Trigger Digital LLC is not liable for delays caused by client-side dependencies, policy reviews, or external systems beyond our direct control.

3. Fees and Payment

Clients are responsible for agreed service fees and any applicable third-party media spend. Paid ad platform charges are billed directly to client-owned accounts unless otherwise stated. Trigger Digital LLC may pause services for overdue invoices.

4. Intellectual Property

Trigger Digital LLC retains ownership of proprietary methods, internal workflows, and custom tools. Upon full payment, clients retain rights to approved final deliverables created specifically for their account, except for third-party licensed materials.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate active services based on the notice period defined in the agreement. During offboarding, Trigger Digital LLC will revoke account access and transfer relevant materials as required by the active scope of work.
